Bouras Properties takes great pride in maintaining a superior building with constant vigilance and oversight.

Special guidelines have been established to assist tenants while moving. 

Moving Guidelines:

NO deliveries will be allowed from Main Lobby entrance on DeForest Ave. and from Second Floor employee entrance (parking lot)

  1. All moves must be prescheduled by calling the building management. (See telephone numbers below.)
  2. Trucks up to 48’, or 53’ (with extra care) can access the loading site drive.
  3. Please note that there is NO lifting or unloading equipment at this site.
  4. Bouras Properties does NOT provide staff for the unloading of product.
  5. All deliveries into the building and tenanted site must be prearranged with moving/unloading personnel; equipment must also be provided to assist in the unloading of property and distribution to site. Moving hours are restricted unless given permission by building management.
  6. There is only one elevator in this building; there is no freight elevator.  The only elevator is used by tenants and client/visitors. Thus, use of elevator is restricted during working day, and all moving must be prescheduled. Maximum load is 4000 pounds. This will be scheduled to avoid “rush hours” within the building. Rush hours:  8-9am; 12-1pm. 4:30-5:30pm.
  7. Protection of carpets, elevator cab and walls, etc. is the responsibility of the moving company. Pads are available for the elevator; please call in advance to arrange availability.
  8. All moving materials, cartons, wraps, etc. must be removed from the premises (building dumpster can not be used). Vendors must take their own packaging!
  9. Premises must be thoroughly cleaned after all moving is completed.  This is the fiscal responsibility of the moving agent.
